Revamping and refurbishment of different facilities at Pakistan Sports Complex, Islamabad, covering civil works, plumbing and fire fighting works at Jinnah Stadium, Rodham Hall, Amir Khan Boxing Academy, Hockey Stadium, Snooker Hall, Sports Medicine Centre, Fatima Jinnah Hostel, boundary wall, main gate, external works, substation, external road works, 15 watch towers and underground water tank. NIT amount is Rs.1,060 million and earnest money is Rs.35 million. Single Stage Two Envelope procedure applies with separate Technical Bid and Price Bid. Bidders must quote percentage above or below for Schedule Items and item rates for Non-Schedule Items. Mandatory requirements include valid NTN, Sales Tax registration, ATL status, non-blacklisting affidavit, PEC registration and bid security in bank draft, pay order or CDR form. Pre-bid meeting is 08 October 2026 at 10:30 AM.
