Repair Hvac Civil Electrical And Allied Works Tender Notice
Description
Repair, replacement, maintenance and improvement works including HVAC and improvement works, roof treatment works, provision of miscellaneous facilities and additional works, external services, civil works and electrical works at CMH and PEMH Rawalpindi, together with repair and replacement of AHU filters of HVAC systems at CMH and PEMH Rawalpindi. The approximate amount for the works is Rs.250 million. Applications with complete credentials and relevant experience are required for issuance of tender documents, and only firms satisfying experience, special conditions and security clearance requirements will receive tenders. Contractors must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council and contractors on the approved MES list in Categories B, C and D with relevant experience are eligible. Unlisted firms must provide details of works executed during the last two years and works in hand. Contractors must certify that they are not involved in litigation with any Government Department and that no special report of DI&E or E-in-C Branch GHQ is outstanding. Tenders are to be received by 11:50 AM and opened at 12:00 PM on 22 October 2026.
