Prequalification Hospital Vehicle Maintenance Tender Notice
Description
Prequalification of workshops for repair, maintenance and services of hospital vehicles for financial year 2026-27, extendable until finalization of a new contract. Prequalification will be conducted under an open framework of agreement. Bidders must upload required undertakings and bid security documents on EPADS and submit original judicial papers and the applicable Pay Order or Call Deposit Receipt to the hospital before or on the scheduled bid-opening date. Participants must register on EPADS v2.0 by 10:00 AM on 24 October 2026, with electronic bidding and opening at 10:30 AM on the same date. Manual submission of bids is not permitted.
