Framework contract for purchase of General Store Items - estimated package cost Rs.2 million; Laboratory Items/Strips - Rs.1 million; X-Ray Films & Developers - Rs.1 million; Medical Gas Cylinders Refilling - Rs.1 million; Printing Material - Rs.1 million; Stationary Items - Rs.1 million; Linen Washing - Rs.1 million; Dental Items - Rs.1 million. Bidding will be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bids must be submitted electronically through Punjab e-Procurement System by 12:00 PM on 22 October 2026 or the time shown on eP, whichever is later, with bid security of 2% of the estimated price in the shape of CDR in the name of the Medical Superintendent THQ Hospital Phalia. Bids will be opened at 12:30 PM on 22 October 2026 or as shown on eP, whichever is later. Evaluation will be on complete package lowest rate basis as the most advantageous bidder.
