Description
Framework contract for local purchase of medicines and medical devices on day-to-day basis for FY 2026-27. Eligible bidders must hold a valid Pharmacy Form-9 License issued by the competent authority and be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System. Estimated procurement cost is PKR 15,000,000 and bid security is 1% of estimated price amounting to PKR 150,000. Procurement will be conducted through Open Competitive Bidding using Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Bid security must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System and physical CDR, Pay Order or Bank Guarantee will not be accepted. NTN and Sales Tax registration certificates are required. Bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on 16 October 2026.
