Procurement of video wall conferencing system under single stage two envelope procedure through e procurement system e PADS including submission of technical and financial bids in encrypted electronic form - bidders must be registered with e PADS FBR and PRA with NTN and PNTN - bidding documents can be downloaded free of cost from official websites - bid security of Rs 257948 in form of CDR or bank guarantee required and original instrument must be submitted before deadline - only technically responsive bidders will qualify for financial bid opening - bids must be submitted online and corrupt or unreadable submissions will be rejected - estimated cost is Rs 12897400 and bid validity is 120 days - authority may reject bids under PPRA Rule 35 and conditional bids will not be accepted
