Description

Construction of the boundary wall on the right side of the Manawan Subdivisional Office adjacent to Rizwan Garden, in Manawan Subdivision, Wahga Town, Lahore. The estimated cost is Rs. 2,989,664.80, and digital bid security is 3% of the estimated cost, amounting to Rs. 89,689.94, in favour of the Executive Engineer (O&M), Wahga Town, WASA Lahore. Eligible contractors, firms and companies must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System and hold active filer NTN and PNTN registrations. Bidding shall follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014, and Punjab Procurement Regulations, 2024. Bids must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System by 11:00 AM on 26 October 2026, and technical bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same date. Only technically responsive bidders will qualify for opening of financial bids; financial bids of technically non-responsive bidders will remain unopened. Digital bid security must be verifiable on the e-Procurement System. Bids must be uploaded as PDF files. Corrupt, unreadable or virus-infected electronic bids will be rejected. Conditional or manually submitted bids will not be accepted. Bids are valid for 120 days. If the submission or opening date falls on an official holiday, the next working day will apply.
