Construction of the boundary wall at the Manawan Subdivisional Office on Umer Khan Road, front-side wall, in Manawan Subdivision, Wahga Town, Lahore, under Water and Sanitation Agency Lahore. The estimated cost is Rs. 2,982,620.43 and digital bid security is 3%, amounting to Rs. 89,478.61, in favour of the Executive Engineer (O&M), Wahga Town, WASA Lahore. Eligible contractors, firms and companies must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System and hold active filer NTN and PNTN registrations. Bidding shall follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014, and Punjab Procurement Regulations, 2024. Bids must be uploaded as PDF files through the Punjab e-Procurement System by 11:00 AM on 26 October 2026. Technical bids will be opened electronically at 11:30 AM on the same date. Only technically responsive bidders will qualify for opening of financial bids; financial bids of technically non-responsive bidders will remain unopened. If the submission or opening date falls on an official holiday, the next working day applies.
