Software Online Application Services Procurement Tender Notice

Framework contract for procurement of software and online application services under single stage two envelope procedure through e procurement system e PADS including submission of separate technical and financial bids online - bidders must comply with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and be registered on EPADS as manual submissions are not allowed - bidding documents can be downloaded from department website EPADS and PPRA website - bids must be submitted electronically before deadline and will be opened on same day as per rules - evaluation will be conducted according to specified criteria ensuring compliance with service requirements and procurement regulations
