Description
Outsourcing of janitorial services and security services for financial year 2026 to 2027 under single stage two envelope procedure through e procurement system e PADS including submission of separate technical and financial bids online - estimated cost includes Rs 67800000 for security services and Rs 73500000 for janitorial services with bid securities of Rs 678000 and Rs 735000 respectively - bidders must be registered with e PADS and relevant tax authorities - bids must be submitted electronically and original bid security with affidavit must be submitted manually at time of opening - bids will be opened in presence of bidders representatives and evaluation will be conducted as per Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and applicable regulations - bid validity is 180 days and late submissions will be rejected
