Rental Of Billboard And Hoarding Sites Tender Notice

Renting four billboard and hoarding sites for LED installation within the Campus I premises of Fatima Jinnah Women University, Rawalpindi. The sites comprise two locations facing PC Hotel and two locations approached from DHA. The estimated annual rent is Rs. 6,313,188 per site and Rs. 25,252,752 for all four sites. Bid security is 5% of the estimated annual rent, amounting to Rs. 315,659 for each site or Rs. 1,262,636 for all four sites. Interested parties must be registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and be active tax filers. Bidders must quote separate rates for each site in Pakistani rupees, indicating GST or PST separately where applicable. Bids must remain valid for 90 days, extendable for another 30 days. A pre-bid meeting will be held at 11:30 hours on 20 October 2026. Sealed bids must be submitted to the Purchase Office by 11:00 hours on 28 October 2026 and will be opened at 11:30 hours on the same date. The procurement method is Single Stage One Envelope, and technically compliant, highest-evaluated bids will be accepted. Earnest money must be submitted separately for each site through demand draft, pay order or call deposit receipt in favour of the Treasurer, Fatima Jinnah Women University, Rawalpindi. Crossed cheques, bank challans, cash and other instruments are not acceptable. Tender documents are available free of cost through the PPRA and university websites. The university reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or any part thereof.
