Construction of water pond in UC Kalag Malik Muheem Khan under open competitive bidding using single stage one envelope procedure including submission of technical and financial bid in single envelope - bidders must be registered with electronic public procurement system of BPPRA - evaluation will be conducted on R1 eligibility check with financial evaluation package wise - bidding documents can be obtained from office or downloaded from BPPRA website without requirement of signature and stamp - bid submission allowed through courier or tender box - bid security required as 2 percent of estimated cost in form of bank guarantee or deposit at call - bidding document fee Rs 1000 through cash deposit or green challan to specified account - bid validity period is 90 days and financial bid opening will be communicated after technical evaluation
