Procurement Ups Battery Systems Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of UPS and batteries for the financial year 2026-27, with specifications and quantities detailed in the bidding documents. The estimated cost is Rs. 3,880,519 and bid security is Rs. 194,025, equivalent to 5% of the estimated cost. Eligible firms, companies, suppliers, manufacturers, authorized agents, dealers and distributors must be registered with the relevant income tax and GST authorities. Bids must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System with all required documents and bid security uploaded in accordance with the bidding documents. Separate technical and financial proposals must be submitted through their respective electronic sections under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure prescribed by Rule 38(2)(a) of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014. Bids must be submitted by 10:30 AM on 23 October 2026, and technical proposals will be opened electronically at 11:00 AM on the same date. Financial proposals of technically non-responsive bidders shall remain unopened. Rates must be quoted on FOR/DDP basis. Conditional bids and bids with incomplete mandatory documentation may be rejected as non-responsive. Late bids and bids involving cutting or overwriting are not allowed. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject all bids under Rule 35 of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.
