Procurement Digital Camera Accessories Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of a mirrorless digital camera and related multimedia accessories for Khwaja Fareed University of Engineering and Information Technology, Rahim Yar Khan. The estimated cost is Rs. 886,900 and bid security is 3% of the estimated cost, amounting to Rs. 26,607. Eligible, well-reputed and registered firms must submit separate technical and financial electronic bids exclusively through Punjab EPADS. Bids must be submitted by 11:00 AM on 29 October 2026 and will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same date by the Tender Opening Committee in the presence of bidders representatives. Bidding documents are available free of cost through EPADS and the PPRA website. Bid security must be paid online through the EPADS portal in accordance with Rule 27 of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014. Late bids and bids without bid security will not be entertained. Bidders may participate for one lot or both lots separately, and evaluation and contract award shall be conducted on a lot-by-lot basis. The university reserves the right to reject all bids or any lot before acceptance under Rule 35 of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.
