Punjab Saaf Pani Authority invites electronic bids from contractors and firms registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System, registered with FBR and PRA with valid NTN and PNTN, and holding a valid PEC licence in category C4 or above with relevant code ME-06. The framework contract covers provision of human resources and operation and maintenance of 231 water filtration plants in Sargodha Division for an initial period of four months, extendable for a further eight months. The estimated cost is Rs. 83,592,696 and bid security is Rs. 1,671,853.92, equivalent to 2% of the estimated cost.
