Construction of underground and overhead tanks plastic tank installation and tuff tile works at school Shaheed Salar Khan public library Dalbandin under open competitive bidding using single stage one envelope procedure including submission of technical and financial bid in single envelope - bidders must be registered with electronic public procurement system of BPPRA - evaluation will be conducted on R1 eligibility check with financial evaluation package wise - bidding documents can be obtained from office or downloaded from BPPRA website without requirement of signature and stamp - bid submission allowed through courier or tender box - bid security required as 2 percent of estimated cost in form of bank guarantee or deposit at call - bidding document fee Rs 1000 through cash deposit or green challan to specified account - bid validity period is 90 days and financial bid opening will be communicated after technical evaluation
