Procurement of school furniture including tablet chairs small tablet chairs large and teacher chairs with specified shesham wood and metal structure design under single stage two envelope procedure through e procurement system EPADS - bidders must be registered with KPPRA KPRA and tax authorities and be active taxpayers - bids must be submitted online with bid security of 2 percent of estimated cost in form of call deposit and original documents submitted before opening - detailed specifications include chair dimensions wooden components steel structure and finishing requirements - bids will be opened in presence of committee and only technically qualified bidders will proceed to financial evaluation - estimated budget approximately Rs 232193000 and bid validity as per rules - late or non compliant bids will be rejected and procurement follows KPPRA Rules 2014
