Survey 132kv Transmission Line Jauharabad Quaidabad Tender Notice

Faisalabad Electric Supply Company Limited invites electronic bids through EPADS v2.0 from contractors registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council and renewed for 2026-27 for survey of the 132 kV transmission line between Jauharabad and Quaidabad, including the in-and-out connection at the 132 kV Grid Station Nowshera, under Tender No. 41/GSC/FESCO/E-PADS/V2.0. The procurement is on an item-rate basis, and the required PEC category is C6 with specialization code CE-10. The contractor must provide the identity document of the contractor or managing partner/director, evidence of at least two successfully completed similar contracts as main contractor for WAPDA, NTDC or DISCOs within the preceding ten years with a combined value exceeding 40% of the estimated or BOQ cost, active taxpayer status, three years of income-tax returns and Punjab Revenue Authority sales-tax registration. Average annual turnover must be at least half the BOQ amount during the preceding three years, supported by audited financial statements. The bidder must also demonstrate cash or cash equivalents equal to 10% of contract value and current commitments through bank statements for the preceding year. Bid security is 5% of the BOQ amount in favour of Project Director GSC FESCO Faisalabad, uploaded to EPADS, with the original instrument submitted to the designated office one day before opening. Bid validity is 150 days, and bid security must remain valid 28 days beyond bid validity. The completion period is 15 days. Bids are due at 11:30 AM on 6 November 2026 and will be opened at 1:30 PM the same day at the Project Director GSC office.
