Consultancy services for construction supervision of revitalization and uplifting of existing parks in Peshawar under quality cum cost based selection method through e procurement system EPADS including submission of separate technical and financial proposals - firms must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council and KPRA - RFP documents available online and document fee of Rs 5000 required - pre bid meeting scheduled and only technically qualified firms will proceed to financial proposal opening - proposals must be submitted electronically before deadline and evaluation will follow procurement rules and TORs
