Description
Construction and upgrading works for revitalization and uplifting of existing parks in Peshawar including landscaping works electrical work sanitary work drilling of bore holes conversion into tube wells and provision and installation of children play equipment under single stage two envelope procedure through EPADS - bidders must be registered with PEC KPRA FBR and enlisted with PDA - bids to be submitted online with technical and financial proposals and original bid security and document fee submitted physically - evaluation as per KP PPRA rules with only technically qualified bidders proceeding to financial stage - bid security required as 2 percent and pre bid meeting scheduled - bids must be complete and compliant with BOQ and procurement regulations
