construction of diversion bund and allied structures including spurs and protection works under single stage one envelope procedure through EPADS - bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council and Punjab PPRA and upload bid security in form of CDR or bank guarantee with 90 days validity - bids to be submitted online and original documents submitted before opening - evaluation as per PPRA rules with performance guarantee of 10 percent required for successful bidder and strict compliance with construction specifications and quality standards
