Procurement Medical Gases Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for purchase of medical gases for financial year 2026-27 at Government M. Nawaz Sharif Teaching Hospital, Yakki Gate, Lahore. Eligible firms and companies must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System and with relevant registration authorities and tax departments, including NTN, GST and PRA where applicable. Bid security is 2% of the estimated cost as specified in the bidding documents. Bids must be submitted electronically through the e-Procurement System by 11:00 AM on 26 October 2026 and will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same date. The procurement follows the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014, as amended. Bid security must be provided through the prescribed online CDR process, with the receipt submitted by the opening time and a soft copy uploaded with the technical bid. Separate technical and financial proposals must comply with the bidding documents. Bid validity is 180 days from the date of opening. Manual or hard copies of electronic bids are not required. All uploaded documents must be properly page-marked, signed and stamped. Corrupt, unreadable, virus-infected or incorrectly uploaded bids may be rejected. The procuring agency is not responsible for technical or internet failures or costs incurred in preparing and submitting bids. Procurement is governed by the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014, as amended, and the Punjab Procurement Regulations, 2024.
