Procurement Tissue Paper Products Tender Notice

Description

Procurement of tissue papers for the Balochistan Provincial Assembly Secretariat. Eligible firms must be reputable, established and experienced, registered with the Federal Board of Revenue for income tax and general sales tax, and not blacklisted by any provincial or federal government department, agency, organisation, autonomous body or private-sector organisation anywhere in Pakistan. Bidding shall follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Rule 41(3) of the Balochistan Public Procurement Regulatory Authority Rules, 2014. Detailed bidding documents are available for download from the B-PPRA website. Bidders must pay a non-refundable bidding document fee of Rs. 1,000 through a Green Deposit Challan at National Bank of Pakistan under Head of Account CO-3870. Each bid must include fixed bid security of Rs. 20,000 in the form of a call deposit issued by a scheduled bank in favour of the Secretary, Balochistan Provincial Assembly Secretariat. Rates must cover every listed item and include all applicable taxes and duties. Sealed bids must be delivered to the Tender Box at the Administration Block by 11:00 AM on 26 October 2026. Technical bids will be opened at 12:00 PM on the same date in Procurement Cell Room No. 76, Zarghoon Road, Quetta. Financial bids of technically qualified bidders will be opened at 12:30 PM. Contract award will follow the evaluation criteria in the bidding documents. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids under the applicable B-PPRA Rules, 2014.
