Transportation, installation and fabrication works for conversion of single-circuit towers into double-circuit towers on two 132 kV transmission line sections for Faisalabad Electric Supply Company Limited. Tender No. 48/GSC/FESCO/E-PADS/V2.0 covers the Nishatabad–Khurrianwala 132 kV transmission line, with a BOQ cost of Rs. 2.4 million, a required annual turnover of Rs. 1.2 million, completion within 30 days, and opening on 19 November 2026. Tender No. 49/GSC/FESCO/E-PADS/V2.0 covers the Khurrianwala–Bandala 132 kV transmission line with T-off at JK Tech, with a BOQ cost of Rs. 8.6 million, required annual turnover of Rs. 4.3 million, completion within 60 days, and opening on 19 November 2026. Eligible bidders must hold Pakistan Engineering Council registration renewed for 2026-27 in category C6 with specialisation code EE-05. Bidders must provide identification of the contractor, managing partner or director; evidence of at least two successfully completed similar contracts as main contractor for WAPDA, NTDC or DISCOs within the previous ten years, with a combined value exceeding 40% of the relevant estimated or BOQ cost; active taxpayer status; income tax returns for the last three years; Punjab Revenue Authority sales tax registration; and audited financial statements showing average annual turnover of at least half the specified amount over the last three years. Bidders must demonstrate cash or cash equivalents equal to 10% of contract value and current commitments, supported by bank statements for the last year. Bid security equal to 5% of each BOQ amount must be uploaded on EPADS in favour of Project Director GSC FESCO Faisalabad, and the original security must be submitted in a clearly marked envelope one day before the opening date. The original bid must also reach the designated office before the online submission deadline. Bid security must remain valid for 28 days beyond bid validity, which is 150 days. Bids must be submitted through EPADS under the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure and will be opened at the office of the Project Director GSC FESCO Faisalabad. Tender rates and amounts must be stated in figures and words, and tender documents must be stamped and signed.
