Hiring of 109 Toyota HiAce air-conditioned vans made in Japan or equivalent, with high-roof wide-body configuration, dual air conditioning and 14/15-seat capacity, model year 2015 or newer, for Port Qasim Authority during financial year 2026-27. The procurement is for non-consultancy services and will use open competitive bidding under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure, applying the Least Cost Based Selection technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004, and applicable regulations. Eligible bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0.
