Outsourcing Of Hospital Janitorial Services Tender Notice
Description
Outsourcing of janitorial services for DHQ Teaching Hospital Narowal for financial year 2026-27. Eligible firms must have established credentials and the technical, financial and managerial capabilities required to undertake the services described in the bidding documents. Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System in the prescribed manner. Physical financial instruments, including CDRs and bank guarantees, will not be accepted. Bids must be submitted online by 11:00 AM on 5 November 2026 and will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same date in the hospital conference room. Bidding shall follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Rule 38(2) of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014. Bid validity is 180 days from the date of opening. Hard copies of electronic bids are not required. The procuring agency will not be responsible for failures caused by technical errors or internet connectivity. Electronic bids or proposals that are corrupt, unreadable, contain viruses or are submitted in the wrong lot will be rejected. Procurement is governed by the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014, and Punjab Procurement Regulations, 2024, as amended.
