Description

Quaid-i-Azam University, Islamabad invites proposals from eligible consultancy firms for estimation of maintenance and renovation works for university campus buildings and residential colonies. Firms must satisfy the eligibility and evaluation criteria contained in the Request for Proposals. The RFP is available from the office of the Director (Planning and Development), EPADS and the PPRA website. Procurement will follow the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure under Rule 36(b) of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Each proposal must include bid security of Rs. 200,000 in the form of a call deposit receipt or bank draft enclosed in the technical envelope, together with a non-refundable processing fee of Rs. 5,000 payable by pay order or demand draft in favour of the Treasurer, Quaid-i-Azam University, Islamabad. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 14 October 2026 at 11:00 AM in the office of the Director (P&D), Admin Block. Complete proposals must be submitted to the Director (P&D) and electronic bids uploaded through EPADS by 2:00 PM on 22 October 2026. Technical proposals will be opened at 2:30 PM on the same date. The University reserves the right to accept or reject proposals and may disqualify firms that provide false, incorrect or incomplete information or fail to meet the stated criteria.
