Procurement Of Local Area Network Components Tender Notice

The procuring office identified as Head Procurement, P.O. Box 1482, Islamabad invites sealed tenders from reputed manufacturers and stockists registered with the Sales Tax Department for supply of local area network components under Tender No. 76/2026 on an FOR Islamabad basis. The tender follows the Single Stage-One Envelope procedure. The tender document fee is Rs. 2,000, payable through bank draft or pay order in favour of the Director Finance, P.O. Box 1482, Islamabad; cash payments are not accepted. The tender must be accompanied by earnest money equal to 2% of the total order value inclusive of GST in favour of the Director Finance. Detailed specifications and conditions may be obtained by written request on the firm’s letterhead with the required payment instrument. Documents may be dispatched by post, fax or email. The original bank draft must be received by the office one day before opening, and the last date for issuance of tender documents is also one day before opening.
