Electro Medical Equipment Cardiology Ophthalmology Dental Physiotherapy Tender Notice

Federal Government Polyclinic (PGMI), Islamabad invites electronic bids for re-tendered electro-medical equipment under the PSDP project Strengthening and Up-Gradation of Cardiology and Other Departments, covering four procurement categories: equipment for the Cardiology Department, Ophthalmology Department, Dental Department and Physiotherapy Department. The procurement covers financial years 2025-26 and 2026-27. The Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure will be used, with evaluation through the Least Cost Based Selection technique under the applicable public procurement rules. Bids must include bid security in the form of a pay order or call deposit receipt as specified in the bidding documents. Bidders must upload copies of the required undertakings on judicial paper and bid-security instrument through EPADS v2.0 and submit the originals in hard copy to Federal Government Polyclinic on the scheduled date and time. Bidders must register on EPADS v2.0; manual bid submission will not be accepted. The notice schedules bid opening for 10:00 AM on 27 October 2026. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 14 October 2026 at 9:30 AM in the hospital auditorium. Only clarifications and observations uploaded through EPADS v2.0 will be considered. Detailed technical specifications, terms and conditions and bid-security requirements are available through the EPADS portal. The Executive Director reserves the right to accept or reject tenders under the applicable procurement rules.
