Institute of Space Technology INVITATION TO BID (IST/PROC/26-27/04) 1. Institute of Space Technology (IST), a public sector university established under the Institute of Space Technology Act, 2010, invites e-bids from eligible firms/suppliers/contractors, registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for Income Tax and Sales Tax, as applicable, and registered on E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) Version 2.0, for the following services: Sr. IT Ref No. Description Closing Date & Time Opening Date & Time 1 SV-2627-0512-L Provision of Food and Catering Services for IST Convocation at Jinnah Convention Center on 27th and 28th October 2026 19 October 2026, 11:30 AM 19 October 2026, 12:30 PM 2. Bidders must be registered on EPADS Version 2.0, registered with FBR for applicable taxes, on the ATL where applicable, and comply with the eligibility, qualification and authorization requirements specified in the respective e-Bidding Documents. Complete e-Bidding Documents, including specifications, terms, evaluation criteria, bid security and other requirements, are available for download from EPADS 2.0, PPRA website and IST website (www.ist.edu.pk). 3. E-bids shall be submitted electronically through EPADS Version 2.0 by 19 October 2026 at 11:30 AM in accordance with the respective e-Bidding Documents. Manual/physical bids shall not be accepted. E-bids shall be opened electronically on the same day at 12:30 PM. 4. The procurement shall be conducted in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules 2026, applicable PPRA regulations/instructions and the respective e-Bidding Documents. IST reserves the right to accept or reject any or all e-bids in accordance with the applicable rules. Any corrigendum, amendment or clarification shall be communicated through EPADS/PPRA and IST's official website.
