Framework and bulk procurement for THQ Hospital Daska for financial year 2026-2027, comprising ten packages: day-to-day local purchase of medicines at 15% on an FOR basis, estimated at PKR 7.9 million; pathology laboratory and blood bank items, PKR 45 million; supply and installation of a fully automatic haematology and chemistry analyser on reagent-rental basis, PKR 4.5 million; general store and stationery items, PKR 10.5 million; IT equipment, PKR 1.5 million; radiology items including digital and manual X-ray films, PKR 3.5 million; dental items, PKR 1 million; biomedical gases, PKR 4 million; printing and publications, PKR 2 million; and local-purchase medicines for the Social Welfare Office Daska, PKR 2.8 million. Bid security is 2% of the estimated cost of each package. Electronic bidding will use open competitive bidding under the single-stage, two-envelope procedure, with bids submitted by uploading PDF files through the Punjab e-Procurement portal.
