Construction adjacent to the abandoned structure at the Bachelor’s Hostel near Tanki No. 3, Nishter Town, WASA Lahore. The estimated cost is PKR 3,046,992 and the digital bid security is PKR 91,410, equivalent to 3% of the estimated cost. Eligible contractors, firms and companies must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System, hold a valid Pakistan Engineering Council licence in category C-6 or above with specialization codes CE-09 and CE-10, and be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue and Punjab Revenue Authority with active-filer NTN and PNTN. Bidding documents containing detailed requirements and conditions are available to registered bidders through the Punjab e-Procurement System and PPRA website. Complete bids must be uploaded as PDF files and submitted electronically under the single-stage, single-envelope procedure. Hard-copy bids will not be accepted. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject all bids before acceptance under Rule 35 of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
