Provision of security services for the EOBI Mixed Use Development Project at 66-M.A. Johar Town Lahore, the Mixed Use Development Project Lahore and the EOBI Hotel and Business Complex Lahore. The procurement is conducted by Pakistan Real Estate Investment and Management Company Private Limited on behalf of the Employees Old-Age Benefits Institution, Government of Pakistan, through PPRA EPADS V2.00 under reference P 152721. The bidding procedure is single-stage, single-envelope using the least-cost method. Bidding documents are available online for a non-refundable fee of PKR 5,000 payable to Pakistan Real Estate Investment and Management Company Private Limited by pay order or call deposit. A refundable bid security of PKR 500,000 must be submitted in favour of PRIMACO Islamabad in the form of a deposit at call, bank draft or bank guarantee on the standard format provided in the bidding documents. Eligible bidders must provide company credentials, details of current commitments and completed assignments supported by verifiable documents, registration with SECP, the Registrar of Firms or as a sole proprietor, valid Income Tax registration with FBR, Sales Tax or Service Tax registration, and active taxpayer status for Income Tax and Sales Tax. An original valid affidavit on non-judicial or e-stamp paper of PKR 100, duly verified, must confirm that the bidder is not blacklisted by and has no litigation with any government or autonomous body or between partners. Incomplete, late or conditional bids, joint ventures and consortia will not be accepted. Bids will be opened online at the scheduled time.
