Improvement and beautification of the General Bus Stand, Bhalwal. The estimated cost is PKR 30,000,000, with a stated bid security of 5% amounting to PKR 1,500,000. Interested firms and contractors must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System and submit bids electronically; manual rate submissions will not be accepted. Tender rates are invited on market rates or percentage above or below the Market Rate System for June 2026 to December 2026, subject to the tender conditions. Bidding documents must be downloaded through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Electronic bids will be uploaded and opened on the scheduled date at Qadeer Hall, Municipal Committee Bhalwal, in the presence of the Tender Opening Committee and contractors or their representatives. Cutting or amendments in tender forms, telegraphic bids, conditional tenders and bids without earnest money will not be entertained. Contractors are responsible for applicable taxes at the time of payment. Where a tender amount is quoted 5% below or beyond 5% of the estimated cost, the lowest bidder must deposit performance security in the form of a deposit-at-call from a scheduled bank equivalent to the difference from the estimated cost, as stated in the notice. The procurement will be governed by the applicable PPRA Rules.
