Installation Eight Ton Cranes Trucks Tender Notice
Description
Installation of two 8-ton cranes on trucks for multipurpose use under the Emergency Services Department, Government of Punjab. The estimated procurement cost is PKR 22,000,000, with bid security of PKR 440,000, equivalent to 2% of the estimated value. Bids are invited from original equipment manufacturers and their authorised engineering firms registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council and relevant tax departments in Pakistan. The procurement will be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System, using the PDF upload method for electronic bid submission. Bidding documents may be downloaded free of cost from the e-Procurement portal or Punjab PPRA website. Complete bids and mandatory documents must be submitted electronically before the closing deadline and will be opened electronically on the same day. Bid security must be submitted exclusively through the Punjab e-Procurement System in the prescribed electronic manner; physical financial instruments, including Call Deposit Receipts, pay orders and bank guarantees, will not be accepted. The single-stage, two-envelope procedure under Rule 38(2)(a) of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 will apply. Procurement will be governed by the applicable Punjab procurement rules, and response time will be calculated from publication of the advertisement on the PPRA website.
