Supply Winter Summer Uniform Kits Tender Notice
Description
Supply of uniform items for special students for winter and summer seasons for financial year 2026-2027. The total estimated procurement cost is PKR 2,500,000, comprising winter uniform kits under Lot 01 estimated at PKR 1,100,000 with bid security of PKR 22,000 and summer uniform kits under Lot 02 estimated at PKR 1,400,000 with bid security of PKR 28,000. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue for Income Tax and Sales Tax and registered as suppliers on the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bids must be submitted electronically through the e-Procurement portal using the single-stage, two-envelope bidding procedure. The original bid security in the form of a CDR for the applicable amount must also be submitted before the electronic bid submission deadline in favour of the Principal; failure will result in rejection. Quoted rates must be in Pakistani rupees inclusive of all applicable taxes, which will be deducted according to government rules. The successful bidder must deposit a performance guarantee of 10% of the contract amount and sign a contract agreement before issuance of the supply order. Bid validity shall be six months from publication of the bid evaluation report. The competent authority reserves the right to reject bids before acceptance under the stated evaluation criteria and will communicate grounds for rejection upon request without being required to justify them.
