Furnishing Of Five Faculty Hostels Tender Notice

Furnishing work for five faculty hostels at Khwaja Fareed University of Engineering and Information Technology, Rahim Yar Khan, on an item-rate basis under the Punjab e-Procurement System. The estimated cost is PKR 100,000,000, with earnest money or bid security of 5% amounting to PKR 5,000,000 and a completion period of eight months. Eligible contractors and engineering firms must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category and codes and registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bidders must generate a Payment Slip ID through the system and deposit the required bid security through the prescribed online payment channel or 1-Link before the submission deadline, uploading proof of successful payment with the electronic bid. Bids must quote rates against every item in the DNIT or bill of quantities and fully complete the financial bid rate analysis, summary and sub-summary pages; incomplete financial bids will be declared non-responsive. The successful contractor must submit a performance bank guarantee of 10% of the bid amount within 15 days after issuance of the letter, failing which the tender may be cancelled and earnest money forfeited.
