Addition and alteration works in Ministers Residences, specifically Annexe Building 4-Upper in GOR-I, Lahore, under the Communication and Works Department, 5th Buildings Division Lahore. The estimated cost is PKR 22,126,233 and the required earnest money or bid security is 5%, amounting to PKR 1,106,312. The time limit for completion is three months. Eligible contractors and firms must be enlisted or renewed with the Pakistan Engineering Council for the current financial year in category C6 or above with specialized codes CE09 and CE10, and must produce the original PEC licence showing the required specialization codes.
