Hiring of security services for Holy Family Hospital, Rawalpindi, for financial year 2026-2027, with the possibility of extension. Eligible firms must have established credentials, relevant experience, technical capability, financial soundness, registration with the relevant authorities and registration with Income Tax, Sales Tax and Punjab Sales Tax departments as active taxpayers. Bids must contain separate technical and financial offers inclusive of all taxes and be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System under the single-stage, two-envelope procedure. Technical proposals will be evaluated against the knockdown criteria specified in the bidding documents, and only technically responsive bidders will proceed.
