Prequalification Laboratory Radiology Supplies Vendors Tender Notice
Description
Prequalification of companies, firms, proprietors, importers, suppliers, indenters, service providers and manufacturers for laboratory and radiology supplies, reagents and diagnostic supplies for Bacha Khan Hospital. Applicants may seek prequalification in the laboratory and radiology supplies category for a one-year period, renewable upon expiry. A separate application is required for each category. Application forms may be requested by email using the subject line Prequalification Form email. Completed forms with supporting documents must be delivered by courier, post or by hand to the hospital on or before 24 October 2026. Only prequalified vendors will be eligible to participate in the hospital tendering process and in-house purchases throughout the year. Prequalification does not guarantee any contract or purchase order. The hospital reserves the right to verify documents, reject applications, disqualify applicants or suspend, withdraw or cancel prequalification in accordance with applicable law and hospital policy. False information, forged documents or evidence of fraud may lead to disqualification or cancellation subject to applicable procedures. The decision of the competent authority shall be final subject to applicable law.
