Prequalification Of Laboratory And Radiology Supplies Vendor Tender Notice

Prequalification of companies, firms, proprietors, importers, suppliers, indenters, service providers and manufacturers for laboratory and radiology supplies, reagents and diagnostic supplies for Bacha Khan Hospital. Applicants may seek prequalification in the laboratory and radiology supplies category for a one-year period, renewable upon expiry. A separate application is required for each category. Application forms may be requested by email using the subject line Prequalification Form email. Completed forms with supporting documents must be delivered by courier, post or by hand to the hospital on or before 24 October 2026.
