Supply Hospital Linen Items Tender Notice
Description
Supply of linen items for Faisalabad Institute of Cardiology, Faisalabad, for financial year 2026-2027. The estimated cost is PKR 10,000,000 and refundable bid security is 1% of the estimated cost, amounting to PKR 100,000. Bidders must be reputable firms or contractors registered for Income Tax, Sales Tax and Professional Tax and included on the Federal Board of Revenue Active Taxpayer List. Procurement will be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System under the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority Rules 2014, as amended, using the single-stage, two-envelope procedure. Bidding documents containing detailed requirements may be downloaded free of cost from the Punjab e-Procurement portal. A separate electronic bid must be submitted for this tender before the deadline, and bid security must be provided in favour of Faisalabad Institute of Cardiology through the Payment Slip ID generated on the e-Procurement portal. Bids will be opened electronically on the scheduled date and time. The procuring agency will not be responsible for expenses incurred in preparing, delivering or electronically submitting bids. Receipt, opening, evaluation and award of procurement will be governed by the applicable Punjab procurement rules and e-Procurement requirements. The purchaser reserves the right to reject all bids under Rule 35 of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
