Fabrication Of Vehicles For Mobile Food Testing Laboratories Tender Notice
Description
Fabrication of five vehicles for establishment of mobile food testing laboratories for financial year 2026-2027 by the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Food Safety and Halal Food Authority. Procurement will be conducted through KP-EPADS under the National Open Competitive Bidding method using the single-stage, two-envelope procedure in accordance with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement of Goods, Works and Services Rules 2014, as amended in 2022. Bidding documents containing the detailed description, evaluation criteria, terms and conditions are available free of cost from the authority website, the KPPRA website and the KP-EPADS system. Complete electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS before the closing deadline. Technical bids will be opened on the same date in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend. Bid security or earnest money equal to 2% of the total bid cost must be submitted in original in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt or Demand Draft drawn from the bidder's account in favour of the Director General, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Food Safety and Halal Food Authority. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 13 October 2026 at 12:00 PM in the Conference Room of the Directorate General, Ground Floor, New C&W Building, Khyber Road, Police Lines, Peshawar.
