Hiring of services for turnkey establishment, integration and operation of a digital telemedicine ecosystem pilot phase under the Integrated Disease Surveillance and Response System Public Sector Development Programme project at the National Institute of Health, Islamabad. This amendment extends the deadline for submission of Stage-I technical proposals from 12 October 2026 to 26 October 2026, with the corresponding bid opening schedule to be reflected on EPADS. The revised schedule prevails over conflicting dates in the Bid Data Sheet, amended Bid Data Sheet or procurement notice. Bidders may submit an undertaking in lieu of the prior site visit at Stage I, but the complete Site Assessment and Operational Readiness Plan under Annexure I, Scope of Work, must be submitted within ten days of Stage-I bid opening. Bid security of PKR 40,000,000 must be provided exclusively as a Call Deposit Receipt issued by a scheduled bank in Pakistan in favour of the Finance Manager, IDSRS Project, NIH; no alternative form is acceptable. Independent third-party verification at the bidder's cost is required only where a claim or supporting evidence cannot be verified directly with the issuing client or competent authority, and verification must be limited to that claim. CNIC or NICOP documentation is required for owners, partners, directors and authorised signatories, as applicable.
