Description

Procurement of video laryngoscopes, vessel sealing systems, locally manufactured open urology sets, instrument cabinets, hazardous materials cabinets, imported open urology sets, CO2 insufflators, water flushing pumps, and medical equipment for pathology and radiology departments, excluding the unquoted Lot-02 medicine or medical-grade refrigerator. Lot 1 has an estimated cost of PKR 9,192,018 and bid security of PKR 183,841 under reference PRO-206-2026. Lot 2 has an estimated cost of PKR 13,542,947 and bid security of PKR 270,859 under reference PRO/221/2026. Lot 3 has an estimated cost of PKR 15,000,000 and bid security of PKR 300,000 under reference PRO/130-2025. Eligible firms must be registered with income tax and sales tax authorities and appear on the Active Taxpayer List. Procurement will follow the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, as amended, and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024. Bids must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System by 28 October 2026 at 11:00 AM, with opening scheduled for 11:30 AM. Hard copies of electronic bids are not required. Bid security must be submitted electronically through the prescribed system, and physical financial instruments, including CDRs and bank guarantees, will not be accepted. Bid validity is 180 days from the opening date.
