Description

Supply of medicines under Tender No. 5 through the Single Stage One Envelope bidding procedure, with a completion or performance period of 30 days. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue for income tax and sales tax and must satisfy the eligibility criteria in the bidding documents. Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS V2.0 by 18 October 2026 at 10:00 hours and will be opened publicly on 18 October 2026 at 10:30 hours at Pakistan Mint Lahore. Manual bids will not be accepted. Bidding documents containing detailed specifications, instructions and terms and conditions are available for registered bidders through the EPADS portal. Bidders must submit sealed bid security in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt, banker cheque or bank guarantee issued by a scheduled bank in Pakistan in favour of the Director General, Pakistan Mint Lahore, before the closing time. One completed hard copy of the same bidding documents must also be submitted to Pakistan Mint before the bid closing time. Suppliers must clearly state the brand or make of the items. Conditional bids, incomplete bids and bids submitted without original bid security will be rejected. Preliminary results will be communicated through EPADS V2.0, with final results notified in accordance with the bidding documents. The Director General reserves the right to accept or reject bids under PPRA Rule 45. Pro Tip: This procurement covers medicines, pharmaceutical supplies and medicinal products for institutional use.
