Consultancy For Solarization Of Drinking Water Schemes Tender Notice

Description

Provision of consultancy services for survey and feasibility studies, design and design review, and supervision of the solarization of drinking water supply schemes under Annual Development Programme No. 251627. Interested consultants, firms and companies must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council under the relevant codes specified in the Request for Proposal, the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority and the Federal Board of Revenue. Procurement will use quality-and-cost-based selection under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Technical and financial proposals must be prepared in accordance with the RFP and submitted through the E-PADS file-uploading system by 28 October 2026 at 11:00 hours. Technical proposals will be downloaded from E-PADS on or after the closing time and evaluated according to the RFP criteria. Consultants must upload a bid declaration certificate confirming that, if awarded the contract, they will provide performance security equal to 10% of the consultancy bid amount through a Call Deposit Receipt or bank guarantee issued by a scheduled bank in Pakistan in favour of the Executive Engineer, PHE Division-II, Peshawar. Financial proposals will be opened only after technical evaluation, and those of technically unqualified consultants will not be opened. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 15 October 2026 at 11:00 hours at the office of the Chief Engineer (Centre), Public Health Engineering Department, Plot 40, Sector B-II, Phase V, Hayatabad, Peshawar. Clarifications may be submitted through E-PADS. Incomplete or conditional proposals will not be entertained. The procuring entity reserves the right to reject any or all proposals for cogent reasons.
