Procurement Dice Student Chairs Tender Notice
Description
Lot-wise procurement of dice and student chairs for the University of Gujrat. Lot 1 covers dice with an estimated cost of Rs. 1,250,000 and bid security of Rs. 25,000. Lot 2 covers student chairs with an estimated cost of Rs. 22,000,000 and bid security of Rs. 440,000. Bidders must be reputable firms registered with the relevant registration authorities and tax departments for income tax, provincial sales tax and general sales tax, with active taxpayer status and adequate relevant experience. Procurement will follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Rule 38(2)(a) of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated procurement value must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Physical financial instruments, including Call Deposit Receipts, pay orders and bank guarantees, will not be accepted. Complete e-bids must be submitted online by 3 November 2026 at 2:00 PM and will be opened on 3 November 2026 at 2:30 PM. Bidding documents are available from the university, Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority and Punjab e-Procurement websites. The university may reject all bids before acceptance under Rule 35 of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
