Procurement Laboratory Equipment Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of laboratory equipment with an estimated cost of Rs. 5,180,000. Bids are invited from reputable firms registered for income tax and sales tax. Procurement will follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and amended Punjab procurement regulations 2024. Technical and financial bids must be completed, signed, stamped and submitted separately through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost must be submitted electronically through the prescribed e-Procurement system; physical financial instruments, including Call Deposit Receipts, will not be accepted. Bids will be received on 27 October 2026 at 10:30 AM and opened at 11:00 AM. Incomplete, unsigned, unstamped, late or incorrectly submitted bids will not be considered.
