Description

Provision of security guards for the main office building and different parks of Town Municipal Corporation Chanesar, District East, for a contract period of nine months. The estimated cost is Rs. 39.8 million. Tender fee is Rs. 5,000, and bid security or earnest money equal to 2% of the estimated amount must be submitted in the form of a pay order issued by a scheduled bank in favour of Town Municipal Corporation Chanesar (East). Procurement will follow the Single Stage One Envelope procedure, using the most advantageous bid based on technical and cost-based selection. Bids must be submitted online through the Sindh Public Procurement Regulatory Authority E-PADS portal by 29 October 2026 at 10:00 AM. Bids will be opened on 30 October 2026 at 2:30 PM at the office of the Senior Director Administration. The bid validity period is 90 days. Mandatory documents and all information specified in the tender documents must be provided, otherwise the bid will not be considered. If the tender is not responded to on the scheduled date, the next submission and opening date will be 16 November 2026 at 2:30 PM, with documents available from 30 October to 15 November during office hours.
